NEW DELHI -Volkswagen is exploring a partnership to supply electric components to Indian automaker Mahindra and Mahindra, the organizations reported on Thursday.
Volkswagen and Mahindra are evaluating the scope of the collaboration and be expecting to finalize the source agreement by the stop of 2022, they stated.
Mahindra is setting up a ground-up electric automobile (EV) system called “Born Electric”, in which it strategies to use components these types of as electric motors, battery procedure components and battery cells sourced from Volkswagen.
