UAW Vice President Terry Dittes, in a letter to union leaders Tuesday attained by CNBC, claimed leaders of the joint enterprise concerning GM and LG Vitality Solution, identified as Ultium Cells, have “flat out turned down” the union’s proposal of a “card look at agreement” to organize.
